We typically first recommend the Crowne Plaza & Conference Center, since it is right next door to our facility, and our negotiated special rates are $89 for a standard room or $109 for the Fifth Floor Club Level. Crowne Plaza’s complimentary shuttle picks up and drops off guests at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, and a complimentary shuttle to and from our facility is also available (times must be scheduled with the front desk). Cleveland is divided between the east and west side, with Focus Groups of Cleveland being in the middle in Independence. We are the largest, centrally located focus group facility in northeastern Ohio off of two major freeways (I480 and I77) making us only 10-15 minutes from the airport and within 20 -25 minutes to all suburbs. Our location is convenient for all Clevelanders to find, allowing us to achieve consistently high show rates. Parking is always complimentary.
